As you would expect from a hotel in the Mercure chain, the hotel is clean and comfortable and staff are keen to please. The excellent South Bank location makes this a good option for those looking for value for money.

The Mercure Bankside Hotel is a modern, unimposing, 7-storey block with a light sandstone façade. The medium sized lobby is appointed in a bright, modern style, with a comfortable seating area. Also medium sized, the 144 guestrooms feature neutral colour schemes, complemented by light wood furnishings and crisp white bed linens. All are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. Located on the mezzanine floor and designed in an informal 'brasserie' style, the hotel’s “Loft” restaurant serves a range of traditional and modern dishes.
