No restaurant open, no room service, on arrival I was given the key to an unmade room, no windows in room so it felt like a prison cell!!!

Hotel is brilliant, first time going to London, was easy to find an the staff were lovely! The room was amazing and that was just a standard double, had every thing we needed! The shower was amazing! The room isn't small at all. Pleanty space:) the staff were all so lovely and breakfast was great , not any bad points about this hotel at all, lots of places to eat! If anything of of liked it to be closer to the town, still isn't that far and a great location with the tesco and Starbucks across the road was helpful if u wanted something quick :) defenitly choose this hotel!!!!

Everything was excellent. The only thing lacking was a bell boy for the suitcases and if the windows would open up it would be much better. Otherwise, I loved it.
Top Tip
Go to Edgeware Road which is about 30 min away walking distance. Oxford street is nice but way too crowded.

1. Very well located when it comes to transport to and fro from the city.
2. nice helpful staff
3. A continental breakfast is not what it is supposed to be in the rest of the world; for the difference they charge you two pounds. My advice: take it.
Top Tip
1. The Fratelli Restaurant at Marriot's down the street.
2. Take bus 31 for a swim at Swiss Cottage (25 minutes walk): 4 Pounds.
3. Abbey Rd is about a 10 minutes walk.
4. Consider acquiring an Oyster card for the public transportation system: it'll cost you 5 Pounds (which will be refunded). You need the address of the hotel for that tho; otherwise you'd pay 4 Pounds for every ride on the Tube.
