Our Review

Housed in a traditional building, the Clarendon Hotel benefits from an attractive setting overlooking the heath. The accommodation is decorated in a traditional style, and equipped with standard amenities, though perhaps a little tired in areas. The hotel's Meridian restaurant serves both International and English cuisine, and is also popular for afternoon teas.

The hotel is located in Blackheath, 3.5 kilometres south of the O2 Arena. The 108 bus stops outside the hotel and takes about 15 minutes to get to the O2. The Old Royal Observatory in Greenwich Park, Wren's Royal Naval College (now Greenwich University and Trinity College of Music), Indigo Jones' Queen's House and the National Maritime Museum are all close by.
