Excellent location, However reminded me of my youth hostel days... Hoards of people wandering with trays at breakfast..Ok if you arriving late leaving early type of thing.. Not suitable for a luxury break..

location and so near oxford street. staff friendly and concierges have excellent knowledge of london and very helpful. Internet in room very expensive. Breakfast was excellent. tottenham court road tube 4 mins away. really enjoyed our stay and will be back

Yes for location, but the staff were much below expected standard. The breakfast was very poor too.

Well situated for West End shows about ten mins walk or £5 in taxi. We had a free upgrade which also included full breakfast. Room was very good but without upgrade rooms may well have been small. Would go again.

The room was very very small in comparison to how it looked on the website, I know there is nothing you can do about that, but that was my reaction. Also, the shower was very tiny and uncomfortable. But I suppose this is the price you pay for location? I think it would be a good idea to let people know that the value they are getting is really the location because although the rooms are clean and tidy and the staff is friendly and courteous, the rooms are very very small.

this hotel is good for central london bathrooms could do to be updated but apart from that comfortable and very clean. breakfast was lovely. this is our second stay in this hotel

situated in central position.bedrooms small but clean with all facilites ,staff friendly breakfast good.A bit noisy but to be expected for city hotel. enjoyed our stay.
