Staff mostly helpful.
Good location for King's Cross/St. Pancras.

Unsurprisingly, given that it’s a budget hotel, opinions of the Arriva vary widely. Some guests seem perfectly content with the basic standard of the rooms, while others criticise the cleanliness of the accommodation and the size of the breakfast room.
